Come See Us!
FIRST ASSEMBLY OF GOD is a group of regular people who want to honor our Lord Jesus Christ and encourage each other to grow in our walk with Him.
What are your services like?
Whether it is through the music, prayer or teaching/preaching, God's word is at the center of all of our gatherings. Each service includes a time of prayer, teaching, sharing and giving. The sermons are presented in a way that invites questions to help you understand and are built on God’s Word, not merely the pastor's ideas, and aim at transforming lives to be more like Jesus in these challenging days. After the service, we share a hot meal in "Our Gathering Place."
Where should I park?
We have parking lot all around the church. There are steps out front or a handicap accessible entrance in the back with a ramp up to the Sanctuary. We are very wheelchair friendly.
Where should I go when I enter the building?
We have a greeter located inside the front door who would be happy to help you find where you need to go.
Do you provide childcare?
We offer Sunday School, "Kidz Club" for ages 3-8ish during the service and a Parent & Me room by the Sanctuary for parents to help their kids to chill or have a quiet space. There are rockers, toys and the littlest kids are welcome to play quietly in the aisles. We like families to feel welcome!
What should I wear?
We are more concerned about you and your presence with us than we are with what you wear. As a church, we gather to worship the Lord and want to dress in a way that honors God. Most of our members wear something in the range of jeans and flannel to business casual.
